Now, I follow a plant-based diet to manage my Multiple Sclerosis and offer plant-based cooking recipes and wild edibles education opportunities inspired by my mom. I returned to school in 2022 to study Community Health and Sustainable Food Systems at Arizona State University and graduated in May 2024.

As the daughter of an Italian deli owner, I grew up gathering around food. My mom, who grew up picking dandelion salads under the direction of her father, introduced me to wild foods at a young age.
